Bristol venue Propyard to host new two-day beer, food and music festival

A brand new festival of local beer, food and music has been announced for St Philips venue Propyard.

The two-day event at Easter will showcase the very best of Bristol’s beer brewing talent along with street food and music from some of the city’s best DJs.

Called Hopyard, the festival at the Feeder Road will feature beers from 12 local breweries.

The impressive selection will feature a huge array of craft beers from local breweries Wiper & True, Fierce & Noble, Lost & Grounded, Newtown Park Brewing Co, Left Handed Giant, New Bristol Brewery, Harbour Ales, Bristol Beer Factory, Tapestry, Good Chemistry and Moor Brewery.

Music will be curated by Maxxi Soundsystem & Friends and the street food will include sourdough pizzas from Pizzarova, Palestinian-inspired dishes from Jafra Kitchen and Hawaiian poké bowls from award-winning Cargo business Loki Poké.

With a variety of ticket pricing options available, people will be able to pre-pay for all of their beer and food in advance - and then sample what’s on offer with brewers from each taproom talking guests through their creations in the courtyard at Propyard.

There will be plenty of seating and cover under the festival’s stretch tents, plus the Crane Room open long into the evening for the party to continue.

The event will be the Feeder Road venue’s first Hopyard and takes place on April 14 and 15.

Daytime and evening tickets cost between £45 and £78 plus booking fee, and are now on sale here.
