Bristol Sounds 2023 banned list includes dogs, flags and chairs

It's just days away until Bristol Sounds takes over the harbourside for five days of incredible headline acts. The annual music event is Bristol's alternative to Glastonbury Festival which is just one hour down the road, with Mika, SELF ESTEEM, Jacob Collier, Levellers and James all taking headline spots.

Thousands of people are expected to be heading down to the Lloyds Amphitheatre for an evening of music. It's looking lucky with the weather this week so expect lots of sun if you're planning on going down.

James has now sold out completely but there is still a chance to score tickets for the other nights, with availability running low for Mika and Jacob Collier. Saturday (June 24) is an all-day event with Levellers as top-billed and support from ska revival band, The Selecter, Black Grape, Peat & Diesel, Goldie Lookin Chain and Gaz Brookfield.
