Bristol's Katie Swan has been named as one of Britain's most influential tennis players. The star has almost 100,000 Instagram followers as fans love watching her adventures as she travels around the world.
The 24-year-old now ranks fifth in the Lawn Tennis Association open female category. While tennis prowess is her main earner, Katie pockets up to an estimated £1,300 through a single Instagram post.
New research, conducted by TennisWorldUSA.org, shows that Katie is the sixth most influential British tennis star, being trumped on this front only by huge names like Raducanu, Murray, Norrie.

While growing up in Bristol, Katie was head girl at The Downs Preparatory School, in Wraxall. She also briefly attended Bristol Grammar School until her family moved to Wichita, in Kansas.
Last year, she won her first $60k event at the Lexington Challenger in Kentucky- her first title above $25k level. She defeated compatriot Jodie Burrage in three sets in the final.
Between her matches on the court, Katie regularly keeps her followers updated with her travels around the world. And fans love to see her relaxing on the beach, exploring new cities and even base-jumping off the odd mountain.
