Brighton vs Manchester United: FA Cup prediction, kick-off time, TV, live stream, team news, h2h, odds today

A place in the FA Cup final is at stake as Manchester United look to prove their worth up against an impressive Brighton side.

The humbling at the hands of Sevilla marked a low point in Erik ten Hag’s debut season at Old Trafford, although hopes of a cup double are still alive ahead of their trip to Wembley.

Brighton are, however, the favourites having stormed up the Premier League table while dominating both Tottenham and Chelsea in recent weeks - even if only one of those games reaped the win.

Not since losing to the Red Devils in the 1983 FA Cup final have the Seagulls reached the showpiece, while United are now five years without an appearance.

Both sides have been entertaining, unpredictable and fiery this season, which should make for a fascinating cup tie.

Date, kick-off time and venue

Brighton vs Manchester United is scheduled for a 4.30pm BST kick-off today, Sunday, April 23, 2023.

The match will take place at Wembley Stadium in London.

Whether the Seagulls can hold their own on the big stage will be key to deciding this game, with United’s ability to bounce back very difficult to predict.
