Roberto De Zerbi has insisted Brighton & Hove Albion will find the 'best solution for the club' after Moises Caicedo was told to stay away until the end of the transfer window.
Caicedo has reportedly been the subject of a £55million offer from Chelsea and then a £60m bid from Premier League leaders Arsenal, but both were rejected by Brighton.
Despite being told he would not be sold by Brighton this month unless a huge offer was put in for the Ecuadorian, Caicedo is still pushing for a move away from the Seagulls.

The Brighton boss spoke to ITV before taking on Liverpool in the FA Cup fourth round at the AMEX Stadium: "Caicedo is a good guy. We will see. We hope he stays with us but this question for the club and Moises. In life you can make mistakes. We will see the best solution for the club, for Caicedo and for us."
De Zerbi's comments come after Caicedo posted a message on social media on Friday detailing his desire leave Brighton before the end of the transfer window.
"I am grateful to Mr. Bloom and Brighton for giving me the chance to come to the Premier League and I feel I have always done my best for them. I always play football with a smile and with heart. I am the youngest of 10 siblings from a poor upbringing in Santa Domingo in Ecuador," Caicedo wrote.
"My dream always to be the most decorated player in the history of Ecuador. I am proud to be able to bring in a record transfer fee for Brighton which would allow them to reinvest it and help the club continue to be successful.
"The fans have taken me into their hearts and they will always be in my heart so I hope they can understand why I want to take up this magnificent opportunity.”
Liverpool have also been linked with a move for Caicedo, although Jurgen Klopp has conceded the club are unlikely to sign any more players this month following the addition of Cody Gakpo.
