A bride surprised her new husband with an incredible performance of his favourite song just hours after they tied the knot.
Rebecca Stead, originally from Ireland, serenaded her new husband, Jack Stead, 33, from Widnes, with a performance of his favourite song, Shallow from the movie A Star is Born.
The couple tied the knot on Saturday June 3 at Drumhalla House in Rathmullan, Donegal, where Rebecca wowed guests with her stunning vocals. The 27-year-old, who moved to Merseyside nine years ago, kept her performance a secret from her new husband until the special day.

When asked why she decided to perform, Rebecca said: "My wedding guests kept asking if I would perform and I kept saying no. I kept saying it's my day off, I'm paying other people to sing, I'm not going to sing.
"Then it got to two weeks before my wedding and I just thought why not."
Her wedding band only had an hour's worth of practice, but Rebecca and the musicians decided to wing it on the day. The surprise performance was a huge hit among guests, especially her new husband who could be seen on video cheering on his wife.
The couple, who live in Cronton, first met in February 2017 while Rebecca was performing at a gig in Pogue Mahone on Seel Street.
Rebecca said: "He came in with his friends and he started dancing while I was singing and I thought ‘Who's this fella here?'. After the gig, I walked up to him and said 'are you going to buy me a drink or what?'
“He's like my number one fan and roadie. He loves watching me perform."
Rebecca, who is also a midwife, said that her co-workers and her parents back in Ireland have been sharing the video of her performance.
She said: “When I came back to work in the hospital, people were saying they'd seen my video. And back home, my daddy works in a bar and he said people have been coming in saying they've seen me on Instagram singing.”
She added that the wedding went perfectly, saying: "Our families had never met before and they both have huge personalities. But everyone was getting on so well.
“From start to finish, no one stopped drinking or dancing. It was just amazing."
