Shopping for a wedding dress is one the hardest parts of prepping for your special day - especially as you're basing your decision on certain mirror angles, family opinions or even how the gown looks hung up on the rail. However, savvy twins Jenn and Lee Wirth have come up with a "genius" solution to this problem thanks to their close bond and similar features.
One of the twins is getting married, and the bride-to-be sought help from her sister in deciding which dress to say yes to - using their similarities to her advantage.
Taking to popular video-streaming service TikTok, the twins - who post under account @wirth_twins - revealed the clever hack that left many people in awe.
In the clip, which has surpassed 3.1 million views, the woman had her twin sister try on potential dresses, which viewers are labelling as "so smart".
Captioning the post, they wrote: "Perks of being a twin part 918377."
In a bridal boutique, the TikToker's twin sister posed in a stunning white floor-length gown, which included long sleeves and a stylish open-back design.
The stylish cut-out design of the back might be a little difficult to spot from a mirror's reflection, which makes the twin's trick particularly helpful.
"POV you make your twin try on wedding dresses at your appointment so you can see how they look on you from all angles," the twins wrote in the clip.
Flocking to the comment section, users were keen to gush over the life-changing hack, but some were stumped that they didn't have a twin to help use the trick to their benefit.
"Now I'm mad at my mom for not producing me a twin," one person joked.
"This is so smart," a second added.
A third penned: "Now that’s freaking genius."
While the hack was unrelatable to some, fellow twins were keen to share some hilarious yet gobsmacking claims of their own.
"My twin and I did this she was deciding between two different dresses. I put one on and she put the other on," one person claimed.
A second added: "My twin will try on clothes while shopping when I'm not in the mood."
A different user wrote: "My sister picked out my engagement ring and didn’t know my ring size so she just tried it on and went with that sisters are the best."
"I made my twin dye her hair so I could see how it looked first," a fourth said.
