Brian Sorensen believes his Everton side are "buying into" his vision for the club following the Blues' emphatic victory over West Ham.
Karen Holmgaard gave the hosts an early lead at Walton Hall Park; the Dane nodding home a sublime Jess Park cross with less than three minutes on the clock. Megan Finnigan doubled Everton's advantage on the 12-minute mark before substitute Aggie Beever-Jones wrapped the game up with a stunning effort from outside the box.
The victory sees Everton move up to fifth in the table with the Blues having won three consecutive WSL games for the first time since October 2020. And Sorensen was delighted with the way his side acquitted themselves against the Hammers.

"We felt in control for the majority of the game," he said. "I’m normally not that nervous going into a game but I was a little (nervous) because you can’t see exactly what (West Ham) want to do.
"West Ham play to their strengths and try to find the weakness in the opponent which is a good strategy and why I like to be really prepared and structured. It was hard against them to read (them) because they change formations and they have extraordinary players, especially in the final third of the pitch, but we dealt well with that threat.
"I think we could have had more composure on the ball because I thought we gave it away a bit too much in parts but we won 3-0 so I can’t be too negative."
Sunday's clash marked the beginning of an eight-game run where - with the exception of Manchester United - Everton are up against teams outside of the top four. And the Blues boss is excited to see where his side will end up at the end of the season.
"With every game we play, we get more gelled together and everybody is buying into the stuff we want to do," he said. "I think the performances coming off the bench are also vital.
"It’s not just the starting XI, it’s the whole squad that has really high quality. I’m just looking forward to getting even more games under the belt and seeing where we can go."
Sorensen's side will return to action next weekend when they welcome Birmingham City to Walton Hall Park in the fourth round of the FA Cup
