Brian Dowling has revealed that his sister Aoife Dowling is the surrogate for his first child with husband Arthur Gourounlian.

Last week the two-time Big Brother champion and the Dancing with the Stars judge announced that they were expecting their first child.

Over the weekend Brian updated his followers on Instagram about their surrogacy journey by posting an image of him and husband Arthur with his sister Aoife cradling her baby bump.
