Ballroom pro Sharna Burgess had the perfect response to a fan's question when she was asked how she compared to Brian Austin Green's ex Megan Fox.
Sharna, 36, and Brian, 48, went Instagram official in January 2021 following the breakdown of the actor's decade-long marriage to the Till Death actress, 35.
The pair are now expecting their first child together - and Brian's fifth kid - but they still have to deal with questions regarding Brian's previous marriage.
A fan posed the question to Sharna on Instagram: "How do you deal with following in Megan Fox's footsteps?"
And the Aussie posted a brilliant reply, saying: "Normally, I won't answer these types of questions.
"But I think many women struggle with comparing themselves to a partners' x. Or to other women in general.
"That's because society has made it out that we are a bitchy and competitive gender, that we can't be possibly be happy with who we are without wanting what ‘she' (whomever that is you) has.
"We are measured by the looks and our weight more than anything else."
And to wrap up her answer about how she follows in Megan's footsteps, she simply said: "I don't."
She told the user that Megan is "her own self and an amazing woman" before continuing: "As I am my own self and an amazing woman.
"This notion that you ‘follow in the footsteps' of your partners' X is dangerous. If you live by that idea, then it will lead to the same result.
"The relationship ending. You are a unique, one of a kind woman, don't follow in anyone's footsteps, make your own path. Create the path YOU want."
Sharna ended her lengthy and impressive response by saying: "Remember that women are wonderful creatures. We do not need to tear down others to make ourselves feel stronger.
"But helping each other, respecting each other and lifting each other up is what truly makes us unstoppable. A community of women around you is a gift."
Sharna and Brian's baby announcement was revealed last month just weeks after Megan confirmed she was engaged to her new partner Machine Gun Kelly.
Megan said yes to Machine Gun Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, after he popped the question under a tree.
He wrote in a post breaking the news at the time: "Yes, in this life and every life. beneath the same branches we fell in love under, i brought her back to ask her to marry me.
"I know tradition is one ring, but i designed it with Stephen Webster to be two: the emerald (her birth stone) and the diamond (my birth stone) set on two magnetic bands of thorns that draw together as two halves of the same soul forming the obscure heart that is our love."
