FORMER Tory Cabinet minister Owen Paterson is taking the Government to the European Court of Human Rights after he was found guilty of an "egregious" breach of lobbying rules.
The arch Brexiteer, who resigned from Parliament last year after an investigation by the parliamentary sleaze watchdog found he had broken rules on paid advocacy while at the heart of government, is arguing that his right to privacy was breached.
