Nottingham Forest have reminded supporters about the consequences of using pyrotechnic devices at football matches ahead of their Championship play-off semi-final with Sheffield United.
The Reds travel to Bramall Lane on Saturday (May 14) before hosting the Blades under the City Ground lights on Tuesday (May 17) with a trip to Wembley Stadium reward for the winners. Forest will take on either Luton Town or Huddersfield Town from the other play-off semi-final if they are successful against the Blades.
Ahead of the plum play-off tie, the club have reminded supporters that pyrotechnic devices are illegal inside football stadiums and the number of safety concerns around using them.

"Earlier this season, serious injury was only narrowly avoided when a smoke grenade became lodged in the hood of a ten-year old supporter at the City Ground," part of a statement released by Forest read. "Medical staff have also had to treat a number of supporters this season for breathing difficulties caused by pyrotechnics.
Brennan Johnson, on behalf of the first team squad, said: "I appeal to Forest fans not to carry any pyrotechnics following Forest. Your support has been fantastic this season and the atmosphere you create has inspired us all. We simply do not need the use of such devices to create a better atmosphere.
"All pyrotechnics are extremely dangerous to both you and your fellow Forest supporters. You will also receive a banning order and not be able to follow your team. Please stay safe and enjoy your football."
As part of the statement, the Reds say: "The club continues to work with the relevant authorities to ensure those responsible for such disorder are held to account for their actions."
