Brendan Rodgers is reportedly considering "various options" as he ponders his future.
The Irishman has this week emerged as the clear favourite to take over the reins at Celtic.
The club's majority shareholder Dermot Desmond has today arrived in Glasgow via private jet as the Hoops aims to finalise the recruitment process of their new manager to replace Ange Postecoglou.
It comes after chief executive Michael Nicholson jetted out to Mallorca for face-to-face talks with Rodgers at his holiday home over a stunning return to Glasgow.
And while he is the club's preferred candidate, Sky Sports reporter Anthony Joseph states that the 50-year-old has various options on the table.
He states that no decision has been made yet and that Celtic are in no rush, as they also cast their eye over other targets, including Manchester City assistant Enzo Maresca.
The report does claims that further talks are expected between Rodgers and Celtic this week, as the Hoops look to attract their No.1 target.
Leeds United are believed to be one of the options available to Rodgers.
The Athletic says that the recently relegated Premier League club are really interested in ex-Liverpool boss, who has been out of work since his sacking by Leicester a couple of months ago.
The Yorkshire club's managerial search is now a "two-horse race" between Rodgers and former Norwich City manager Daniel Farke - who was linked with the Celtic job too.
