Loose Women viewers were left heartbroken by a clip on Tuesday's show which showed panellist Brenda Edwards singing at a vigil for son Jamal who died on Sunday.
The entertainment world was rocked by the news that broke late on Sunday night that Jamal, founder of SBTV, had passed away suddenly at home.
After several of her Loose Women co-stars publicly offered their condolences and paid their respects to Jama l on social media, Brenda herself released a statement which read: "It is with deepest heartache that I confirm that my beautiful son Jamal Edwards passed away yesterday morning after a sudden illness,” she wrote.

“Myself, his sister Tanisha and the rest of his family and friends are completely devastated. He was the centre of our world.
“As we come to terms with his passing, we ask for privacy to grieve this unimaginable loss. I would like to thank everyone for their messages of love and support.”
On Tuesday's Loose Women, the panel, led by host Charlene White watching a clip of Brenda singing Whitney Houston's Greatest Love of All at a vigil in London, as a huge crowd of people gathered to remember Jamal, who had a key role in the careers of the likes of Ed Sheeran and Skepta.
Former X Factor star Brenda could be seen singing through a megaphone as she looked up at a mural painted of Jamal, in his hometown of Acton.

After watching it, Charlene remarked "Bless her," before revealing that she and panellist Kelle Bryan had spoken to Brenda before Tuesday's show.
