The Met Police have confirmed that a 35-year-old man has been charged with assaulting an Arsenal player after the North London Derby at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday.
The incident in question came after the Gunners won 2-0 with goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale being kicked by a fan that had climbed down from the stands before rushing back into the stand.
Spurs forward Richarlison confronted Ramsdale, 24, at full-time for overcelebrating in front of the home fans, leading to a brawl of players and staff in which Ramsdale turned his back on the crowd before being kicked.
