Midfielder Joao Carvalho has completed a move from Nottingham Forest to Greek giants Olympiacos, just a few days before Monday's January transfer deadline.
It brings an end to a three-and-a-half-year stay at the City Ground for the Portuguese, who joined from Benfica in the summer of 2018 for a club-record £13m.
He makes the switch to the fellow Evangelos Marinakis-owned club on a permanent deal, having been linked with them several times before.
Carvalho had 18 months still to run on his terms with the Reds but had been struggling for game time as he found himself down the pecking order.
His campaign got off to a bright start when he played a starring role in the Carabao Cup win over Bradford City in August.
Carvalho netted both goals that night as the Reds triumphed 2-1, making an eye-catching return in the Garibaldi after spending last term on loan at Spanish second division outfit Almeria.
Since then, however, he has had to settle for a bit-part role, often being an unused substitute or not even getting in the matchday squad.
In total, Carvalho has featured eight times for the Reds this season, with just three of those run-outs coming since Steve Cooper took charge in September.
The last time he got out on the pitch was for the final 10 minutes of the 1-0 defeat at home to Huddersfield Town last month.
During his stay Trentside, the 24-year-old has made 75 appearances for Forest, scoring eight goals.
In addition to bringing in striker Keinan Davis and defenders Steve Cook and Richie Laryea, the Reds have worked on trimming their squad this month.
Jordi Osei-Tutu has returned to parent club Arsenal, while Jayden Richardson, Tyrese Fornah, Carl Jenkinson and Lyle Taylor have gone out on loan, and youngster Jordan Wright has made a permanent move.
