Jake Paul and Tommy Fury will be informed of the score of their fight at the halfway stage.
The WBC, who are sanctioning the bout, have revealed their opening scoring system will be in place in Saudi Arabia tonight. That means both boxers and their teams will be informed of the score after four rounds - if the fight has not been stopped by then.
The fighters will also have access to a VAR-style video replay system which will allow them to review any contentious decisions. Paul is the marginal favourite to win the fight which has been over two years in the making.
The rivals were originally due to meet in Florida in December 2021 but Fury pulled out after breaking his rib in training. And he was again forced to pull out when he was denied a visa to America last August, forcing Paul to ultimately fight UFC legend Anderson Silva instead.
Paul offered Fury a fight contract for the third time earlier this year and terms were ultimately agreed for the pair to meet in Saudi Arabia tonight. Both men have predicted they will end the fight before the fourth round, but if they fail to do so, they will know exactly what they have to do in the second half of the fight.

The WBC is the only sanctioning body which uses open scoring but the system is not widely in place for high-profile fights. But it could prove pivotal tonight if either Paul or Fury is able to use their knowledge to turn the fight in their favour over the final 12 minutes.
Should Fury ultimately prevail, he will be contractually obliged to agree to a rematch which could take place in the UK, with Manchester and London both touted as potential venues for tonight's fight which ultimately landed in Saudi Arabia.
