Doting dad at centre of Salford murder investigation named as family pays heartbreaking tribute

A man found dead at a house in Salford - sparking a murder investigation - has been named by police as Andrew Wishart.

Officers were called to reports of an assault on Agecroft Road in Swinton at around 9.10pm on Tuesday evening (February 1).

Emergency services tragically pronounced a man dead at the scene.
