UEFA have confirmed when Chelsea will play Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League round of 16. The Blues will face the Bundesliga side on Wednesday, February 15 for their first leg tie in Germany before the second leg at Stamford Bridge two weeks later on Tuesday, March 7.
It comes after the two sides were drawn together in the Champions League last-16 knockout stage.
Graham Potter's side topped their group after beating AC Milan home and away, overturning just one point from their first two matches to win the group with one game to spare. This is Potter's first ever time in the competition having managed in the Europa League knockout stages with Osterund previously.

The first leg will be played the midweek after an away trip to London rivals West Ham with a home game against Southampton to follow whilst the home leg comes days after playing Leeds at Stamford Bridge and is followed by an away trip to Leicester City.
Chelsea beat Lille home and away at this stage last season but were knocked out in the quarter-finals by Real Madrid under Thomas Tuchel. This will be Potter's first experience of a Champions League knockout tie and comes against a familiar foe for two Chelsea stars.
Christian Pulisic was signed by Chelsea from the German side in January 2019 and officially joined the club later that year. He made his name in Bundesliga as a 17-year-old before coming to London.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang also has history at Signal Iduna Park, he played there under Tuchel and had a brilliant time before joining Arsenal.
