Partnering with rookie driver Joshua Pearce (Damson Idris), Hayes has the job of bringing the team a race win in the final nine races of the season.
Pitt, Idris and Bardem joined a star-studded cast including Tobias Menzies, Kim Bodnia, and Kerry Condon, as well as the actual drivers from the 2023 and 2024 seasons. Seven-time champion Lewis Hamilton starred in the film and also served as an executive producer.
Talks have taken place about a sequel, although this is yet to be officially confirmed.
