Boy draws eyebrows and combover on baby brother with orange pen so 'he's not left out'

A cheeky youngster who was so worried about his baby brother feeling left out for not having any hair used an orange marker to draw on some eyebrows and locks for his younger sibling. McKenzie Poland, 27, had briefly turned her back on her two sons while she was hovering and discovered her five-year-old son Kason had played a 'thoughtful' prank on his seven-month-old brother, Jude.

The mischievous little boy transformed little Jude into a 'ginger old man' for days after he scribbled an orange combover on him along with two thick eyebrows, the Mirror reports. In the hilarious images, the baby boy is none the wiser, sitting next to his proud brother, Kason who seems rather chuffed with his creation.

Mum-of-three McKenzie was completely 'taken off guard' by the practical joke and rushed to grab some soap to wipe off the pen marks. However, the amused mum was left with no option but to leave the 'orange comb-over' on his head for three days to avoid hurting his soft spot.

McKenzie from Roy City, in Florida, US said: "I just started laughing. He looked like a little old man. The pen was an orange colour so it made him like a little ginger.

"They're actually hair chalk markers and my daughter had gotten them for her birthday. I did my son's hair and I was vacuuming. I was literally right there.

"He was playing with his little brother and when I turned around, he was colouring his head. I said 'what did you do?' He replied 'he has no hair' - so he coloured in some hair and eyebrows."

McKenzie then grabbed a camera to capture the family memory before racing outside to show her husband Jonas, 27 their son's new ginger look. She has now vowed to never purchase light-coloured furniture in case Kason fancies expressing his artwork on the sofa next time instead of on his little brother.

Thankfully for the five-year-old, his light-hearted parents took the prank very well. McKenzie said: "It stained his head a little bit.

"I didn't want to scrub too hard because of his little soft spot. He had some orange residue for a few days.

"Kason wanted to give Jude some hair. I tried to tell him 'we don't do that'.

"Kason asked if he was in trouble and I said he wasn't as long as he didn't do it again. When I showed it to my husband, I walked outside and brought Jude. He started laughing and asked who did it.

"This is the reason we got a navy couch. I'd love a white one but I know better."

She added: "I'm very big on recording everything and I want to make memories."
