The boy who thought he could rule South Liverpool by terror
The terror a teenage boy brought to South Liverpool as the leader of a gun toting drug gang can today be exposed in full.
Harry O'Brien was described as a child with ADHD and a "defiance disorder" who had a "disrupted education". But at the age of just 16, the baby-faced cannabis dealer became the boss of a teen crew behind three terrifying shootings and a firebombing.

Fire tears through family homes as people evacuated on Liverpool street
A blaze ripped through a row of terraced houses, leaving roofs seriously damaged.
Fire crews from Merseyside Fire and Rescue were called in the early hours of Sunday to Great Mersey Street in Kirkdale. When firefighters arrived at the scene they found the roof of the mid terrace house "well alight".
The blaze also affected the two houses on either side of the property. Six fire engines were sent to the scene and pictures taken by an ECHO reader show firefighters tackling the blaze using an aerial ladder.
'Legal action' threat at David Anderson's Liverpool company
Administrators are considering legal action over recovering a £103,820 loan owed by a company controlled by Liverpool businessman David Anderson.
Safety Support Consultants (SSC) entered into administration days after the company was criticised by government inspector Max Caller. The company was controlled by David Anderson, the son of former Liverpool Mayor Joe Anderson.
Both men were arrested during Operation Aloft last year, the long-running Merseyside police investigation into building and development contracts. The two men have strongly denied any wrongdoing.
