Boy, 16, jailed for life for Brianna Ghey murder wants to appeal prison sentence

Brianna Ghey Murder Eddie Ratcliffe Scarlett Jenkinson

A boy who carried out the “sadistic” murder of transgender teenager Brianna Ghey wants to appeal against his sentence, officials have confirmed.

Eddie Ratcliffe and his accomplice, Scarlett Jenkinson, both 16, were jailed for life last month and ordered to serve 20 years and 22 years respectively before parole for the killing.
