Boy, 1, left with horrific injuries to face after being savaged by babysitter's dog

A child has been left with horrific injuries to his face and head after he was savaged by his babysitter's dog.

The ordeal took place at Theo Lemos' babysitter's home in Sao Vincente, Brazil, on January 18, but the child is now smiling again.

His mum, 21-year-old Kawany da Silva, had dropped him off so she could go on a nursing course.
