Inverclyde-based property company Bowman Rebecchi has launched a new firm with a contract that will see it sell 22 homes in Gourock.
The new estate agency will be led by Linda Swan, who joined the firm as a sales director from Blair & Bryden, with an initial focus on residential sales throughout the West Coast of Scotland.
She has more than 10 years of experience in the property sector, having previously worked as a conveyancing paralegal and senior estate agent.
