Botched star and Australia's Katie Price shows off huge transformation in rare outing

Botched star and Australia's Katie Price showed off her latest transformation as she headed out for a rare outing

Tara Jayne McConachy, who described herself as the ‘human Barbie doll’, has forked out more than $200,000 on countless cosmetic procedures over the years.

The 33-year-old has gone under the knife multiple times, including five breast augmentations, six nose jobs, as well as Botox and fillers.

On Tuesday, Tara made a rare appearance in Melbourne as she headed out for a lunch date with her mum.

The Instagram and OnlyFans model rocked a racy outfit for the outing, wearing a lacy all-in-one, teamed with hot pink sandals with gold chain embellishment.

She left little to the imagination in the outfit, and showed off her surgically-enhanced figure as she arrived at Nobu restaurant.

Tara finished off the ensemble with a $8,650 pink and blue Louis Vuitton handbag, and matching blue nails, with her jet black hair around her shoulders.

She brought attention to her dramatic features with dark pink blush on her enhanced cheekbones, mauve coloured lipstick on her plumped up pout, and a slick of black eyeliner.

The medical nurse rocked a glowing spray tan, and was spotted on her phone as she enjoyed the lunch date with her mum, who was wearing a leopard print jumpsuit and black shawl.

The model made headlines last year, when she appeared on the Australian documentary series Mirror Mirror, in which she discussed her addiction to cosmetic surgery.

“I think I want to get my boobs bigger,” she explained, as she described herself as an “upgraded limited-edition Barbie doll”.

Tara also starred on the hit US reality show Botched, as she tried to convince Drs Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow to give her bigger implants, even though they would drown her petite frame.

“Everything is tiny on me except for my tatas... I'm on a quest for a bigger chest!” she shared.

She said she “wasn’t happy at all” with her breast implants, as she had a “rippling effect” and wanted them plumped out.

But the doctors refused to help Tara, as they expressed concern with her physical and mental health.

“I'm really concerned about Tara's overall wellbeing. Not just as it relates to surgery, but she really needs to get both physically and mentally healthy,” Dr Nassif said.

Despite being refused, Tara said she would stop at nothing to get the figure she desired.

“There is no limit for me when it comes to plastic surgery. It is incredibly addictive and I already want bigger breasts,” she confessed.
