Boston Celtics virtually impossible to stop playing their game in win vs. the New York Knicks

The New York Knicks made some major moves ahead of the NBA’s 2024 trade deadline, and had been burning up the standings since before injuries to OG Anunoby and Julius Randle knocked them back a peg. Their shakiness without those two key players was evident against the Boston Celtics at Madison Square Garden this past Saturday night, falling 116-102.

The contest was a close one in the game’s first half, but the Celtics’ superior depth and firepower ended up being too much for the Knicks to handle. Boston, on the other hand, appears to have come out of the All-Star break ready to gear up for a postseason push, and wasted no time in getting into their stretch run schedule vs. New York.

NBC Sports Boston’s Eddie House and Brian Scalabrine joined Amina Smith postgame to talk about the win on “Celtics Postgame Live.” Check it out below!
