Boston Celtics rookie forward Jordan Walsh wants to get on the court at TD Garden this season

Boston Celtics rookie forward Jordan Walsh wants to get on the court at TD Garden this season. In a recent interview on the CLNS Media “Garden Report” podcast, Walsh, now playing with the Maine Celtics in the G League, talk about his experiences, goals, and focus on becoming an elite defender.

The Arkansas alum considers the G League as an invaluable growing experience and stressed the importance of taking things one step at a time while keeping in mind the ultimate goal—returning to Boston and contributing to the team’s success. Despite being in the G League, Walsh remains closely connected with the Celtics, even mentioning instances where teammates from the parent club attended his games.

CLNS Media reporter Bobby Manning and Walsh discuss his time in Maine, his hopes to return to Boston and more.
