Boohoo is to hand out bonuses worth £175m if its value balloons to £5bn over the coming years.
The Manchester-headquartered fashion giant's new bonus plan would include giving £50m to its chief executive, John Lyttle, as well as £25m to chief financial officer Shaun McCabe, £20m to co-founder Carol Kane and £12.5m to Samir Kamani, the CEO of Boohoo and BoohooMAN.
The bonuses would be given out in stages if certain milestones are met.
