Brits must “endure” a “tough winter” in the cost-of-living crisis to continue supporting war-torn Ukraine, Boris Johnson said today.
The Prime Minister suggested high energy bills were a price worth paying to stop Russia wiping out the sovereignty of a European nation in 2022.
“If we're paying in our energy bills for the evils of Vladimir Putin, the people of Ukraine are paying in their blood,” he said.
