Boris Johnson would lose his seat as well as Tory control of Downing Street if there was a general election tomorrow, polling shows.
A seat by seat analysis shows the Prime Minister would lose his 7,200 majority in Uxbridge and South Ruislip on the edge of London at the next general election if opposition parties work together.
The survey for the Best for Britain campaign group which backs cross-party co-operation at elections, showed Labour on 33 per cent, the Conservatives on 26 per cent, Libs on seven per cent and the SNP on three per cent of the UK-wide vote.
