Bhatia, now 57, took to X to describe what can only be called an epic wait. He purchased a high-end apartment in India back in 2012, the same year Delhi hosted a controversial gang-rape protest wave and India's economy was still finding its post-recession footing. Fourteen years on, he says, the project remains unfinished.
