Shah Rukh Khan and Shraddha Kapoor's names have cropped up in the Vivek Oberoi-Gaurang Doshi dupe case. Months ago, word spread about Vivek and Gaurang being duped of crores of rupees by a certain Radhika and Sanjay. Turns out, the duo apparently sold dreams in Bangladesh that Shraddha would attend an event and also discussed the possibilities of Shah Rukh Khan attending a show held abroad. We don't know if SRK and Shraddha are aware of this, but Vivek told us, "They were using my name to get those investments. I believe they have siphoned off a lot of money abroad and cheated several other people."

The NCB's vigilance committee went through case papers, and witness statements, and evaluated the evidence in the cases to arrive at a conclusion that there were 'several irregularities' and lapses. Seven to eight NCB officials, including a senior officer, are now facing serious charges, with buzz about one possibly being removed from service, and the others facing departmental action.
