Kathak legend, Birju Maharaj is no more. He reportedly passed away from a heart attack on Monday, January 17. He was 83. His grandson, Swaransh Mishra, shared the unfortunate news in an Instagram post. Since news broke, Bollywood stars from Kareena Kapoor Khan to Madhuri Dixit, Janhvi Kapoor to Ananya Panday and many others took to social media to honour the legend.

Lata Mangeshkar is continuing her fight against COVID. Contrary to reports that the singer's condition has deteriorated, our sources confirmed that Lata ji is stable. Her spokesperson informed us, "It is disturbing to see false news being circulated. Please note that Lata Didi is stable. Continues to be in ICU under the treatment of able doctors. Please pray for her quick return home."
