Bolivia's Warnes II wind farm in Santa Cruz has cleared 90% physical completion, according to ENDE's report on a 25 September inspection by European ambassadors. Once finished, its ten turbines will feed 45 megawatts into the national grid.
The milestone matters because no start-up date has been made public, and the coming weeks of testing will show whether what ENDE calls its fifth wind plant arrives on time.
