A star studded line-up has been announced as Bohemian FC legend Derek 'Mono' Monaghan is to be remembered during a night at Vicar Street.
The event in aid of his beloved family will be held on Sunday, November 27, with something for everyone to enjoy. Organised by the One Up Podcast, it take place from 7pm and tickets are on sale now.
Known fondly as "Mr Bohemians", Mono sadly died in August, leaving behind his wife Elayne and three children Adam, Zara and Sienna. Now the club he was so dedicated to will come together with family and friends of Mono to pay tribute to him.
The line-up includes:
- Music from Ireland's premium Oasis tribute band Live Forever
- Comedy from Après Match’s Barry Murphy
- Magic and more from the one and only Jack Wise
- Stories from Eric Lalor and PJ Gallagher
- Sit-down chats with former and current Bohs players and staff by the One Up Top duo
- And a lot of laughs along the way from start to finish!
Bohemian FC are urging supporters to buy a ticket even if they can't attending the night, saying: " We want to show the Monaghan family that we are always there for them, just like Mono was always there for us." Tickets are on sale now and can be bought at www.ticketmaster.ie.
