Body of man found in Dundee property after police called to scene

A man has been found dead in Dundee.

Emergency crews were called to Queen Street in Broughty Ferry after the alarm was raised shortly before 1pm on Friday March 13.

Police found the 44-year-old man dead inside a property.

The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “At around 12.40pm on Friday, March 11 the body of a 44-year-old man was found within a property on Queen Street, Broughty Ferry.

“The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
