A body has been found off the coast of Penarth in the search of a missing man. Victor, a 56-year-old from Pucklechurch in South Gloucestershire, was reported missing on May 12.
Formal identification of the body recovered on Sunday is yet to be complete, but Avon and Somerset police believe it to be Victor's. A spokesman for the force said: "His family have been informed of today’s sad development and our thoughts are with them at this difficult time.
"Enquiries will continue to be carried out on behalf of the coroner. The circumstances of the death are not believed to be suspicious."

The force had been making enquiries in the Severn Beach area of South Gloucestershire after Victor's car was found there on May 14. Officers used drones and dogs in their search.
Victor's family reported him missing on May 12 after becoming concerned they had not heard from him since the day before. They said this was out of character and he usually called every day.
