Body found in Scots canal in search for missing pensioner

Linlithgow Union Canal Jack Brown West Lothian

A body has been found in a Scots canal in the search for a missing pensioner.

The remains were found within the Union Canal, near Linlithgow, West Lothian, at around 9pm on Thursday, January 20.

While formal identification is yet to take place, the family of missing 83-year-old Jack Brown have been informed.
