A body has been found near to where Nicola Bulley went missing.
Officers said today, Sunday, February 19, there has been police activity around the river near to St Michaels. Police were called today at 11.36am to reports of a body in the River Wyre, close to Rawcliffe Road.
An underwater search team and specialist officers attended the scene, entered the water and sadly found a body. No formal identification has yet been carried out, Lancashire Police said.

A spokesperson for the force said: "We are unable to say whether this is Nicola Bulley at this time. Procedures to identify the body are on-going. We are currently treating the death as unexplained.
"Nicola’s family have been informed of developments and our thoughts are with them at this most difficult of times. We ask that their privacy is respected."
On Sunday, divers, specialist officers, drones and a police helicopter was at the scene. Police have now cordoned off the area and forensic teams are at the scene.
The mum-of-two went missing 23 days ago on January 27 after going on a walk with her dog Willow. An extensive investigation was launched, including searching the river and sea.
