The body of a man who was reported missing was found in a tragic discovery in Co Kildare.
Rafal Waligora, 42, went missing from his home in Newbridge two weeks ago on Saturday, October 15. He was last seen on Saturday afternoon but failed to return to his home.
Two missing person appeals were issued by gardai who said his family was worried for his well-being. Gardai confirmed that the search for Rafal was stood down today after a body was discovered in Co Kildare.

A spokesman said: "Following the discovery of a body in County Kildare, the missing person appeal for Rafal Waligora has been stood down. An Garda Síochána would like to thank the public and media for their assistance in this matter."
