Gardai have called off the search for missing man Alan Healy after a body was recovered in Galway on Tuesday.
The 50-year-old had last been seen at his home in Loughrea, Co Galway on Thursday afternoon, September 1.
An official search probe had been launched on Monday morning, with the hope of finding him.

Gardai had said his family were concerned for his welfare.
But on Wednesday morning, a Garda spokesperson confirmed the search had been called off.
They said: "Following the discovery of a body of a male in Loughrea, County Galway, on Tuesday, 6th September, 2022, the missing person appeal for Alan Healy has been stood down.
"No further information is available at this time.
"An Garda Síochána would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance with this matter."
