Bodo/Glimt held a meditation session to prepare them for the wall of sound they'll experience against Celtic on Thursday night.
The Norwegian champions visit Parkhead for the first leg of the Europa Conference League tie and will be experiencing something totally new.
Their home stadium holds just over 7,000 and when they visited San Siro to play Milan last season the match was played behind closed doors.
Bodo/Glimt faced Roma in the group stage but the Stadio Olimpico was only around half full as they drew with Jose Mourinho's side.
With a 60,000 sell-out expected at Celtic Park the visitors have had to prepare themselves for playing in such a hostile atmosphere, with Solbakken, who has five goals in 10 European games this season, explaining the unusual step they took.
He explained: "This has been the motivation in Spain (for the training camp) and the entire winter break.
"We had a meditation meeting with stadium noise.
"It means a lot that so many Glimt fans (around 800) will be there too, it helped us in Rome and it'll help us now.
"We're confident and looking forward to the match."
