Bo Nix had a perfect response to Maxx Crosby trolling him

During the Denver Broncos‘ game against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday afternoon, Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby trolled Broncos quarterback Bo Nix.

Maxx stood up at the line of scrimmage and yelled, “Bo speak up! They don’t [expletive] know [the play]!” while the quarterback was making an adjustment at the line. The moment quickly went viral on social media.

It was a funny moment for Crosby and Raiders fans, but the Broncos went on to win the game 34-18. After practice on Wednesday, Nix was asked about Crosby trolling him on Sunday.

“Well, actually, ironically, I didn’t really even hear it when it happened in the game,” Nix said. “I’ve obviously been sent [the video] a lot and seen the video after, but I think that’s just part of his game. I think he’s mastered that and he’s tried to use it to his success.”

“And I think it’s important when things like that happen, you just kind of come down and get back to the basics and not necessarily listen to it,” Nix said. “Kind of cut out the noise and just go to work. And at the time we weren’t doing a whole lot offensively, so it was good that we turned it around in the second half.”

A perfect response from the rookie quarterback.

Crosby ended the day with two sacks, but Nix arguably had the best game of his career with two touchdown passes, no turnovers and a rushing touchdown. The QB certainly got the last laugh, but he had a diplomatic response to the incident during his media availability on Wednesday. Bo’s a pro.
