Men who drive BMW cars are most prone to using erectile dysfunction medicine, a survey suggests. The study found that men who take drugs like Viagra or Cialis are more likely to drive a BMW than any other make of vehicle.
The Mirror reports that more than a quarter (28 per cent) of men who own one of the flashy German models say they take or have taken such tablets or similar such medication to give them more confidence in the bedroom. No details about how many people were surveyed were included in the report.
Drivers of Minis, Teslas and Range Rovers aren't too far behind though, according to the research by gambling platform Freebets.com.
At the other end of the scale, men who drive Toyotas and Vauxhalls are least likely to take the pills. Only 5 per cent and six per cent of such drivers said they relied on the medication when it comes to sex.
Tim Agnew, from Freebets.com said: “BMWs may be one of the most prestigious cars but it seems their owners need a little help. "On the other hand Toyota drivers appear to be far more reliable in that department.”
There are around 235,000 BMWs on the road in Britain – one in 10 of all UK car registrations.
