'Blunder' - Arsenal fans agree after what Gabriel Magalhaes did in Premier League clash v Wolves

Arsenal fans have reacted to a major error from Gabriel Magalhaes that led to Hwang Hee-chan's opening goal at the Emirates.

The Gunners appeared to be in no danger, but the defender's poorly placed back pass allowed Hee-chan to skip pass Aaron Ramsdale and slot the ball home into an empty net.

Thanks to Wolves' impressive away form, it's become an important game in the race for top four as Bruno Lage's team can climb above the Gunners in the Premier League table and into fifth if they manage to hold onto the win.

Arsenal are currently in prime position to take control of the race, but fans fear that history may repeat itself, and they may be their worst enemy going forward, as proven by Magalhaes' error.

Take a look at what's been said on Twitter in response.

@ArryXBL said: "And we bottle it. Typical from us, do well for 2 games, then errors occur. Hoping we take this one. Top 4 is needed for us!"

@Omugabash said: "Gabriel blunder."

@Clachan1GK said: "What is Gabriel doing?"

@drwl95 said: "That was tragic."

@agutta_ said: "It's true. What stands between Arsenal and top 4 is Arsenal."

@ThamsanqaAFC said: "Gabriel is sleeping."

@Barsenal10 said: "I paid a tenner to watch this."

@RiseUpAfrica101 said: "He's been looking to make that mistake since the game started."

Arsenal still have time to turn things around at the Emirates, and with difficult clashes against Watford, Leicester and Liverpool to come, they'll be hoping for a better second-half.
