Women working in Donald Trump's White House are facing claims of relentless pressure to maintain a polished 'MAGA perfect' appearance while meeting the demands of one of the most intense jobs in American politics. The allegations emerged in reports published after White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt announced she would leave her post at the end of August.
Leavitt, who returned to work after maternity leave before announcing her departure, said she wanted to spend more time with her family following the birth of her second child in May. Trump said she was leaving to focus on her 'beautiful young children and family', while confirming that she would remain one of his outside advisers.
