A man was hospitalised following an incident in north Dublin that left blood splattered over a busy road.
Gardai were alerted to the incident on Ballymun Road at around 10.20pm on Wednesday night. A man was taken to Mater Hospital for treatment of his inuries.
A picture from the scene shows large blood splatters at the entrance of a building. Witnesses spotted someone cleaning the blood this morning, as gardai were also seen making enquiries locally.
