Blind man turns 1,000 job rejections into award-winning accessibility business

For 16 months, Brandon Hulcoop faced rejection after rejection while trying to find work. Blind since birth, the 23-year-old had applied for more than 1,000 jobs without securing a position. Instead of allowing that experience to define his prospects, he turned his frustration into a business aimed at making everyday experiences more accessible for people with sight loss.
