A blind man from Glasgow who fell on train tracks has praised the new safety measures at the station,
Michael Tornow, 41, accidentally fell from the platform edge at Bellgrove station and was rescued by fellow passengers just minutes before a train arrived.
The 41-year old is delighted with the improvements and hopes no one else will get hurt. Following the campaign by national sight loss charity RNIB, Network Rail has fitted tactile paving, concrete strips indented with furrows or small bumps that are felt when someone stands on them.
